Trent University Mourns the Death of Kelvin Conrad
The Trent University community is saddened to learn of the passing of Dr. Kelvin Conrad, a long-time Trent employee.
Dr. Conrad began working at Trent in 2007 as a course instructor in the Department of Biology. In 2009, he joined the Department of Forensic Science, where he held a number of positions including assistant professor and course instructor. He also developed and taught many new courses, including a Scientific Methods Training course with the OPP. In 2012, Dr. Conrad took on the role of instructional designer with Trent Online.
Trent University extends heartfelt sympathies to Dr. Conrad’s family and friends, and to all who knew him.
A memorial service for Dr. Conrad will be held at Ashburnham Funeral Home on Thursday, April 12, and a memorial page is now available on the Ashburnham Funeral Home web site.
In honour of Dr. Conrad, the University will lower the flag atop the Bata Library to the half-mast position on the day of his service.
