If you are interested in tourism, recreation or sports research, then make sure you come to TOURESCO 2002, a free one-day conference at Trent University. The conference is being held on April 19 at Catharine Parr Traill College from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The program will consist of 20-minute presentations followed by discussion. Speakers include: Professors Alan Law, Julia Harrison, Suzanne Bailey, John Marsh and Trent students Katie Griffiths and Stacey McMechan. They will present findings on their research on recreation, tourism or sport.

The conference will be held at Kerr House, Traill College at 299 Dublin Street. It is sponsored by the Frost Centre for Canadian Studies and Native Studies.
