Approaching the campaign goal
Trent University’s annual United Way campaign is going well and the campaign goal is almost within reach.
As of October 22, $43,162 had been raised, accounting for 83 per cent of the overall goal of $52,000. Pledges from faculty, staff and retirees have been generous and the campaign team is thankful for all of the support that has been put forward this year.
Outstanding pledge forms can still be submitted, which will help the team reach the 2002 target.
The United Way of Peterborough and District supports 35 member agencies in the local area. The Trent campaign helps the United Way fulfill its role and carry out its important work in this community
