Deadline for CUPE Teaching Award is March 28, 2003
The CUPE 3908 Award for Excellence in Teaching is presented each year to a member of the part-time faculty at Trent University represented by CUPE Local 3908-Unit 1. The award, worth $600, recognizes outstanding teaching and exemplary concern for students.
Eligible candidates include course instructors, Academic Skills Centre instructors, tutorial and workshop leaders, language assistants and tutors. A full list of eligible faculty can be viewed at www.trentu.ca/deansoffice/cupenomination.html.
Nomination forms are available online (at the above Web address), or at the CUPE office, Bata Library (table across from circulation desk), College offices, the TCSA office, College cabinets and the Trent University @ Durham office in Oshawa.
The deadline for nominations is March 28, 2003. Students, staff, alumni and faculty are all invited to submit nominations.
