Trent University Library & Archives continues to offer electronic collections and virtual services. As part of the University’s limited and reduced campus presence, Bata Library and the Durham GTA Campus Library & Learning Centre are closed and physical collections are unavailable. Fine Payment During Library Building Closure

During this time of reduced campus operations due to COVID-19, no library fines will be applied to any library accounts.  For information on returning library material, please see the following news article.

However, for those looking to pay previous balances on library accounts, there is now an option to pay online.

 To make a payment, please use the following steps:

  1. Follow the instructions from the Student Accounts office for making for payment using online banking  or with a credit card .
     
  2. Once payment has been made, please email studentaccounts@trentu.ca with your name, student #, and the amount of your library fines payment.

Please note that Student Accounts will advise the library of your payment. Payments made online using a credit card will be posted overnight; payments made by online bank payment will take 48-72 hours before confirmed. 

Once the library has been notified of your payment, you will receive an email confirming your payment has been processed by the library.
