Custodial history

Collection was created by the Deloro Smelting and Refining Company and found on site. It was in the custody of the Ministry of the Environment and transferred to Trent University Archives via Heather Hawthorne in [September 2007]: https://www.trentu.ca/library/archives/07-007#donation.

Scope and content

Collection consists of employee records, plant and engineering operations, and photographs of Deloro village and the Deloro mining and smelting site.

Physical condition

The condition of the material is generally good. One miscellaneous group of records was infected with black mold and destroyed.

Collection acquired from the Ministry of the Environment in 2007.
