Job Purpose: Under the direction of the Graduate Program Director and in collaboration with the program Administrative Assistant the Program Administrator is responsible for the management of data, records, implementation of procedures, policies, applications and program directives as it relates to students, faculty and adjunct faculty. They are responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of M.Sc. and Ph.D. thesis defences for the program. They are responsible for advising graduate students, faculty, adjunct faculty and current students regarding regulations, protocols and interprets policy and procedures. Responsible for the course timetable, course registration, instructor postings and grade sheets. In cooperation with the School of Graduate Studies is responsible for the organization of OGS and NSERC scholarship applications from students in the program. Is the representative for the program on the Symons graduate seminar series and is the program library coordinator.
