There are numerous benefits of mentoring including the opportunity to learn from others. How often as Black students have we said, “I do not see myself reflected in Leadership?” Trent students and young alumni are invited to join our group of Black alumni leaders, engage informally in one-on-one conversations, and exchange ideas and experiences.
