February 27, 2017: Transfer of artwork in Bata Library to temporary storage location begins
March/April: Trent Archives moves to temporary downtown location at Charlotte St. (225 Charlotte Street)
March 23, 2017 – May 3, 2017: Trent Archives temporarily closed; move to temporary downtown location (225 Charlotte St.) underway
April 3, 2017 – April 26, 2017: Library extended hours begin (8:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m. daily)
April 2017: Maps, Data and Government Information Centre (MaDGIC) moves to temporary downtown location at 225 Charlotte St.
April 26, 2017: Last day of exams; Bata Library building closes for renovations at 7 p.m.
April 27, 2017 - May 3, 2017: All Bata Library services temporarily suspended to prepare for relocation; outdoor book return remains open
April 27, 2017 - May 12, 2017: All remaining contents of Bata Library move to temporary service points and storage; temporary relocation of all departments and offices to be completed
April 27, 2017: Circulating collections move to temporary off-campus location (2109 Whittington Drive)
May 4, 2017: Trent Archives opens in temporary downtown location (225 Charlotte Street)
May 4, 2017: Summer classes begin; temporary on-campus service point opens on East Bank (SC 203)
Downtown service point for Trent Archives & MaDGIC opens at Charlotte St. location
May 13, 2017: Construction begins; Bata building closed
September 2017: On-campus service point opens in new Student Centre for start of fall semester (replaces temporary location, SC 203)
September 2018: Bata Library reopens
