The Facilities Management Department is charged with the long and short term maintenance and repair at Trent University, including all buildings, furniture, equipment, building fabrication, landscaping, and snow removal. Facilities Management oversees the functioning of the following areas: facilities maintenance including custodial and locksmith; mechanical and electrical maintenance, grounds, waste management, capital project management, lease management, utility management, space management and sustainability.
