Heading Out

All bundled up and ready to make my trip to campus this morning!

PSYC 3760H

It's straight to class - today I have PSYC 3760H Human Sexuality with Dr. Miles Bowman. It's an absolutely amazing course!

Study Time

Class is done so it's time to get some studying done in the Front Atrium.  This is a super popular study spot for students. As you can see, I love my highlighters!

Study Snacks

There's a bakesale happening in the Atrium, run by the Trent Women's Support Group.  Who can say no to delicious study snacks?!

Library Bound

Next, I'm headed to our on campus library to take out some books for class.

Book Hunt

I'm looking for a book called "Understanding Comics" for my Advanced Studies in Genres course (this year the topic for that class is 'the graphic novel').

Tea Time

On my way to a TOSA (Trent Oshawa Student Association) meeting, I make my daily (essential) stop at the Trent Durham Cafe for cranberry pomegranate tea. Yum.

TOSA Time

At our TOSA meeting is (left to right): ME! (VP campuslife), Tara Watson (Clubs Coordinator), Shawna Jackman (Office Assistant), Tiffany Tuttle (Administrative Assistant), Kelly Patano (President) Missing today is Shawn Murphy (VP University Affairs).

I love being a part of student life. In addition to TOSA, I'm a coordinator for the Pen Pal Program and a Peer Mentor on campus. Our campus is small but mighty - there's tons of ways to get involved.

Homeward Bound

It's time to head home for the day. Campus is still buzzing, and it's a beautiful winter evening in Oshawa!
