Trent University to Recognize Top International Students |

NEWS ADVISORY International students to be honoured for their achievements at Trent International Program Formal and Awards Banquet: April 2 Friday, April 1, 2005, Peterborough For their leadership and contributions to campus life, Trent University international students will be recognized at the Trent International Program (TIP) Formal and Awards Banquet on April 2 in the Lady Eaton College Dining Hall. The event will begin with a reception at 6 p.m. Twelve scholarships and awards will be presented along with the Friends of TIP Award. Alumnus Paul Delaney '64 was a member of Trent's first class and came back to campus as alumnus-in-residence last fall. Mr. Delaney quickly became a friend to TIP and a number of international students. -30- Media are invited and encouraged to attend this event. Awards will be presented after dinner at approximately 8 p.m.
