Trent University Professors to speak as part of The Stratford and Shaw Lecture Series

Monday, March 29, 2004, Peterborough

Trent University's Department of English, Catharine Parr Traill College and the Peterborough Public Library are pleased to announce "The Stratford and Shaw Lecture Series."

All are welcome to attend the lectures, which will all take place at the Peterborough Public Library from 12:15 - 1 p.m. Admission is free of charge.

This is the fifth year for this series of annual lectures, hosted by Prof. Leonard Conolly - a member of the Academy of the Shaw Festival who regularly teaches Shaw and Shakespeare as a faculty member in the Department of English.

  • Tuesday, March 30 - Prof. Leonard Conolly on "Shaw at the Shaw"

  • Tuesday, April 6 - Prof. Rita Bode and Prof. David Glassco on "Shakespeare at Stratford"

  • Tuesday, April 13 - Prof. John McIntyre on "The Best of the Rest"
