  • University of Manitoba Press - 4 titles
  • Wilfrid Laurier University Press - 223 titles
  • University of Calgary Press - 5 titles
  • McGill-Queens University Press - 89 titles
  • Athabasca University Press - 1 title
  • PIMS - 1 title
  • Laval University Press - 69 titles

This brings our total to over 800 recent Canadian university press e-books, plus almost 200 pre-2013. These e-books appear in your TOPCAT results along with print books; the difference is that print books have call numbers, while e-books have links to the book.  You can limit your search to e-books using an Advanced Search and selecting the "Location: E-Book".  These e-books can also be found in the Scholars Portal Books database.

All e-books come with usage restrictions:  see our webpage on Digital Rights for the ACUP titles.

We just added 250 scholarly Canadian e-books to TOPCAT.

This past summer the Library participated in the OCUL purchase of current and forthcoming imprints from the Association of Canadian University Presses (ACUP).  The first batch of about 250 titles in both English and French is now available through both TOPCAT and Scholars Portal Books.
