Biography / History

Margaret Doxey was a professor in the Department of Political Studies at Trent University from 1967-1991. She has studied problems of collective sanctions and international enforcement, and has published widely on the subject of international political studies.

This manuscript was created by and in the custody of Professor Margaret Doxey before it was donated to Trent University Archives.

Scope and Content

This manuscript is a 1984 revised typescript, with original proofs, of Professor Margaret Doxey's publication, "The Contemporary World". Included are original maps used in the publication.
