Trent Regional Ballet Association fonds. -- 1974-1983. -- 13 cm of textual records.

Biography / History

Trent Regional Ballet Association was founded on October 2, 1974. It's main goal was to encourage and promote dance in different forms. First directors of the corporation were J. Baker, M. Hull, J. Clarke, J.G. McCarney, M. Lester, B. Ross, C. Fulford, D. Popple, A. Kolisnyk, and C. Lester.

Custodial History

This fonds was in the custody of Professor James Neufeld until it was donated to Trent University Archives.

Scope and Content

The fonds consists of fiscal statements of the Trent Regional Ballet Association, including tax statements, receipts, and disbursements. Also included is correspondence relating to finances and hall rentals. Additional material consists of newspaper clippings, newsletters and programmes, and lists of names of board members and general members.
