Custodial History

The fonds was collected by Mrs. E. Kayser before it was donated to the Trent University Archives. The custodial history of the items before ownership by Mrs. Kayser is unknown.

Scope and Content

The fonds consists of a memoir (photocopy, 8 pages) on Sir MacKenzie Bowell (1823-1917) by his private secretary; and an anonymous scrapbook of clippings relating to Canadian Railways, Laurier, Bourassa, Canadian nationalism and annexationism.
