Student Citizenship Awards

Nominations Due: Friday, March 31st, 2017

Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to nominate a deserving Trent University Durham student for:

Citizenship Award - $100
A student who shows exemplary community building and involvement on campus and is in good academic standing.

Graduating Citizenship Award - $100
A graduating student who shows exemplary community building and involvement on campus and is in good academic standing.

Alumni Recognition Award - $500
A graduating student who has made a significant and continuous contribution to Trent University Durham. In good academic standing.

Multicultural Council of Oshawa Durham Award - $500
A student who has demonstrated involvement in multicultural matters. Has proven financial need and an academic achievement of 70% or higher.

Investor’s Group Financial Services Award - $500
A full-time student of any program who has demonstrated leadership in campus activities and/or the community.

 

Self-nominations are not admissible. Work and initiatives that are compensated through student employment through the University or TDSA will not be considered. To nominate a student, email a letter (max 300 words) outlining the nominee’s achievements to the Chairs of the committee: Jeff Adams jadams@trentu.ca and Justin Fisher justinfisher@trentu.ca
