Our Service Desk Team is available and happy to assist you with technology throughout your time at Trent, whether it's via phone or in-person during operating hours and through the Service Hub that is available 24/7.
Online Support
- If you have an active Trent ID, select the service group that best represents you to get support. OR use the Service Hub to open track and manage your requests.
- If you are a visitor or Trent Community member without access to your TrentU credentials, we invite you to fill out the Visitor/Community Help Request Form

Durham Thornton Campus Library
- A phone is located in the Durham library that will connect you with the IT Service Desk if you are not able to use your own device
