Trent University Counselling Services is committed to providing culturally affirming psychotherapy that acknowledges the different lived experiences of Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour to their mental health challenges and well being.
We know that seeking mental health support can sometimes be difficult for many reasons, including, but not limited to, fear of being misunderstood and invalidated, stigma, and the burden of having to explain one's culture and worldview. To book an appointment, click here.
